POD

The KRRC Board has contracted POD to manage the regular running of our Development and to advise on the rights and responsibilities of owners, tenants and the Residents Management Company.  They prepare the maintenance contracts and invoices, the service charge demands and financial accounts, and are responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations through the Site team.

Site Team

Our friendly team provides assistance to residents on day-to-day matters and aims to ensure a safe and secure environment for us.  Where possible please use the kew-riverside email or use the phone to speak to the team. You can use the email to request parking permits, authorise key collections, and access other services available to residents.
