Weekends: 06:30am to 10:00pm

The Apex Leisure Centre is available for residents only (be they owner or tenant) - this is a private leisure centre.

Additional Information:

  • Your key fob will be programmed once you have attended a gym induction.
  • Everyone is required to have a gym induction (regardless of previous gym experience). This takes approx 25 mins and covers site health and safety, medical forms and the set up of all gym equipment.
  • After the initial induction, residents are free to use the gym as they wish. (Tenants key fobs are programmed for the duration of your tenancy - Please specify expected tenancy period.)
  • Extra key fobs can be purchased for £7.50. If entering without a fob, proof of residency will be required.
  • Total Fit can provide professional exercise advice, personal trainers or any other information with a keep fit lifestyle.
  • Use of the pool, sauna, jacuzzi & gym are free - including accompanied guests (1 guest per resident).
  • Children are not permitted in the pool area after 19.00hrs. All swimmers must vacate the pool by 21.30hrs.
  • Residents must accompany guests at all times.
  • Payments for treatments, personal training & classes etc are cash or cheque
  • Unfortunately access to the Apex is not available to those living in TVHA properties.
  • External personal trainers must produce suitable documentation i.e. insurance and qualifications. This must be approved prior to personal trainers being granted access to the Apex Centre.
