Resident Services
POD
The KRRC Board has contracted POD to manage the regular running of our Development and to advise on the rights and responsibilities of owners, tenants and the Residents Management Company. They prepare the maintenance contracts and invoices, the service charge demands and financial accounts, and are responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations through the Site team.
